Is this a subscription?

No. Lifetime is a single one-time payment — no recurring charges, ever. You unlock Pro forever, including future updates.

What happens to my recordings if I downgrade?

Nothing. All recordings live on your device. You can still play and share them; only newly saved videos will carry the watermark again.

Is there a refund policy?

If you upgraded by mistake or it just isn't working out, email hello@getdualtake.app within 14 days and we'll refund you, no questions asked.

Do you offer student or open-source discounts?

DualTake for iPhone is on the App Store. Pro on iOS is sold via Apple In-App Purchase; web Pro is via Stripe. One Pro doesn't transfer to the other (yet).
